What challenge or problem were you facing before working with RedDogCRM?

We had a gap internally in regard to CRM management as well as some front-end developer help that RedDogCRM has been able to help fill.

Why did you choose RedDogCRM to help solve it?

RedDogCRM's experience internally with Pardot was a big reason why we wanted to move forward with them. They know Salesforce and Pardot like the back of their hand and were much more reasonably priced than other CRM agencies. 

What was the experience like working together?

RedDogCRM has been great to work with. From helping us build out email and landing page to templates to helping solve complicated CRM and data flow issues, they have made a major impact on our business. No task too small or too big for them.

What results or improvements have you seen since?

We've been able to improve flows/automations thanks to the work RedDogCRM has done. We've also seen strong performance from the landing pages and email templates they helped us build. 

How would you describe the overall impact in your own words?

We've been working with RedDogCRM for over two years now and the fact that we haven't hired that position internally speaks volumes to the value that the team provides. Most companies our size have a FT position in-house for this. RedDogCRM has been able to fill so many voids for us and does so exceptionally well.
